Eligibility: The 2009 State Farm Pro Bowl Balloting Sweepstakes (hereafter, "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Properties LLC (hereafter, "Sponsor"), National Football League (the NFL Entities (defined as National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees), State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Project Support Team, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win the prize. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins 9:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/13/08 and ends 12:00:00 pm (noon) ET on 12/9/08 (hereafter, "Promotion Period").

Two Ways to Participate: 1) Online: Visit www.NFL.com/ProBowl during the Promotion Period and vote for the NFL player(s) who you think should be in the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl. Upon submitting your vote, you will be directed to the Sweepstakes Official Entry Form. To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, follow the directions provided to complete and submit the Official Entry Form.; or 2) Wireless Application Protocol ("WAP"): During the Promotion Period, visit wap.nfl.com using your WAP enabled wireless device, follow the instructions to access the NFL Pro Bowl ballot and vote for the NFL player(s) who you think should be in the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl. Following the successful submission of your vote, enter and submit your wireless phone number in the space provided to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. NOTE: You may be charged for WAP service according to the terms of your service agreement with wireless carrier. You must be a wireless service subscriber with a WAP enabled wireless device to enter via this method. Check your phone capabilities for specific WAP instructions. Regardless of the number of players you vote for in one (1) submission (via online or WAP method of entry), you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. The NFL Player(s) for whom you cast your vote, and whether or not he/they are chosen for the Pro Bowl, will not affect your chances of winning. All entries and votes become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not acknowledged or returned. There is a limit of twenty-five (25) entries per person, per email address and per telephone number each day of the promotional period regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit from any person, email or phone number will be void. The use of script, macro or other automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to cast a vote or enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry or vote through such means will, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable online entry form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said online entry form was submitted), provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a WAP entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the wireless account at issue, provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, incorrect or undelivered votes or entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, phones, phone lines or telephone systems (including wireless phones/handsets or other wireless devices), cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), traffic congestion on the Internet, technical, electronic, computer, network or mechanical malfunctions, typographical, printing or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Pro Bowl voting or Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or wireless device relating to or resulting from participation in the Pro Bowl voting or this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials, the announcement of the prize, the cancellation of the game, or in connection with the processing of votes or entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any votes or entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or are in violation of these Official Rules.

In accordance with the National Football League Privacy Policy and State Farm's privacy policy, as posted on www.NFL.com, and www.statefarm.com, personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants via the online Official Entry Form as part of this Sweepstakes will be used only for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and for the announcement and notification of the potential winner, unless an entrant affirmatively chooses to opt-in to receive additional information from the National Football League.

Winner Selection: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 12/16/08 from among all the eligible entries received by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, email, overnight mail and/or regular mail. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry, whether submitted via online or WAP, will have an equal chance of winning.

One (1) Grand Prize: A (5) day/(4) night trip to Hawaii for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl Game currently scheduled in February 2009 ("Pro Bowl Game"). Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S., one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation (one (1) room) for four (4) nights, round trip ground transportation to and from the airport in Hawaii and to and from the game, two (2) tickets to the game, two (2) passes to a Tailgate party and the opportunity to have a meet and greet with 8 time Pro Bowler and NFL Hall of Famer Howie Long. Approximate Retail Value = $5,000. Actual value may vary based upon location of winner's residence. If winner resides in Hawaii, ground transportation or other transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on date(s) designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor's selection on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, luggage fees, food, beverages, gratuities, souvenirs, additional transportation and miscellaneous travel expenses are winner's sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event the Pro Bowl Game is postponed, trip will be rescheduled. In the event the Pro Bowl Game is postponed and not rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Exact date, time, duration and nature of Howie Long meet and greet is at Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to Howie Long's professional availability. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize (or applicable portion thereof) of comparable or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Grand Prize winner's traveling companion (if a minor child or legal ward, Grand Prize winner) will be required to sign and return a Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If Grand Prize winner's traveling companion is a minor, he/she must be the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize winner. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, the inability to contact the potential Grand Prize winner within a reasonable time period, or return of prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), if entrant is the winner, entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto (including, but not limited to, attendance and activities at the game) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination.
